Name of Product: Horizon Fitness and LIVESTRONG(tm) Fitness Elliptical TrainersUnits: About 18,000Distributor: Johnson Health Tech North America Inc., of Cottage Grove, Wis.Hazard: The foot pedal can become disengaged, posing a fall hazard.Incidents/Injuries: The firm is aware of 58 reports of foot pedal disengagements. No injuries have been reported.Description: The recalled products are elliptical trainers branded under the Horizon Fitness and LIVESTRONG Fitness names. The brand name is located at the top of the console display with the model numbers just below and the serial numbers are located on the front support tube of the trainer.
